The Role
We are seeking energetic and outstanding individuals with a passion for flowers, events, design & people to provide the exemplary experience that our clients have come to expect. You will contribute to the creation, maintenance, and services during our Christmas Pop-up, including assisting our customers when they come to visit the studio.
Retail & Administrative Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day operation of the pop-up shop
- Assisting visitors with finding the perfect gifts and decor additions.
- Pricing products and merchandising as products arrive
- Manage and maintain pop-up inventory (floral care, garbage bags, cleaning supplies) and notify CC Team when re-ordering is required
- Ensure pop-up space is always clean and tidy
- Answering emails, inquiries and phone calls relating to the Christmas pop-up
- Manage and operate CC POS system – updating information and items as required
- Complete bank deposit forms and deposits when necessary
- Report daily sales and operational feedback to the CC Team
eCommerce & Phone Orders:
- Fulfillment of e-commerce orders (floral, gifts) including packaging + mail prep
- Receive, process and complete floral and holiday orders
- Communicate and coordinate with clients for delivery and pick-up of orders of fresh and non-perishables as required
- Communicating any updates or issues with the CC team
Creative Support:
- Assist with the design & installation of the pop-up, as well as the tear down at the end of the event
- Assist with festive planters, pop-up decor and installation of displays
- Build floral arrangements, terrariums, garlands, swags, wreaths, living arrangements as required
- Facilitate updates to layout and product merchandising throughout the season
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales or equivalent customer service experience required, with a friendly disposition and can-do attitude
- Flexible Schedule – most shifts will be in the daytime, with some evenings and late nights
- Must be professional, a team player, and able to work independently without direct supervision
- Willing to perform many different tasks and responsibilities in one day, able to take direction and interpret instructions accurately
- Comfortable multi-tasking and working with tight timelines
- Must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite, Outlook, and OneDrive
- Ability to lift approximately 50LBS
- Should have access to reliable transportation, as shift times will vary
Job Type:
Casual / Part-time / Seasonal – Approximately 2-3 months over the Christmas season, late October into early January

Our studio is located at 10525 – 111 Street NW in downtown Edmonton.
Hourly Pay:
Based on qualifications.
