Subscription florals are normally sent out on the second Friday of each month. Our team will check-in the week before each delivery to confirm the date. If you have a special delivery request, or need to adjust the date in advance, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org!
Sending the subscription as a gift to someone else? Our team will contact the recipient to confirm delivery dates in advance.
Orders must be received by Monday to be eligible for delivery on Friday the same week. Please email email@example.com to inquire about rush availability.

Floral Subscriptions - FAQ
How long will cut flowers last?
Fresh cut flowers generally last 4 to 7 days, however room conditions vary greatly and may result in a shorter vase life. Please consult our Product Care Tips for advice on maximizing the life of your flowers.
I chose Local Pickup at checkout, can I switch to Delivery for one or more weeks?
Yes, however we do require 48 hours notice, and delivery charges will apply.
Can I pickup or have my items delivered on a different day?
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
Can you guarantee a specific time for delivery?
We can’t guarantee a specific time, however we do have a morning and afternoon window that we will do our very best to accommodate.
Will you leave my items at the door?
Normally, we do not like to leave fresh flowers or living plants on doorsteps, as the weather can be unpredictable. We always ask that someone plans to be home when we attempt delivery. Contactless delivery means we will place your items on your doorstep, ring your doorbell/buzzer and then move an appropriate distance away. Please do not leave your flowers outside any longer than necessary.
Unfortunately, we can’t cancel your subscription once processed, however we would be happy to reroute your delivery to another person/address with 48 hours notice.
