Each of our fresh floral and planted products are made to order, using the freshest product we receive. Please be aware that your items will meet our very high standards for quality and beauty; but the exact components may not be exactly as shown in the product listing.
GENERALÂ
How long will cut flowers last?
Fresh cut flowers generally last 4 to 7 days, however room conditions vary greatly and may result in a shorter vase life. Please consult our Product Care Tips for advice on maximizing the life of your flowers.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
I chose Curbside Pickup at checkout, can I switch to Delivery for one or more weeks?
Yes, however we do require 48 hours notice, and delivery charges will apply.
Can I pickup or have my items delivered on a different day?
Please send us an email at design@corychristopher.ca and will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
Can you guarantee a specific time for delivery?
We can’t guarantee a specific time, however we do have a morning and afternoon window that we will do our very best to accommodate.
Will you leave my items at the door?
Normally, we do not like to leave fresh flowers or living plants on doorsteps, as the weather can be unpredictable. We always ask that someone plans to be home when we attempt delivery. Contactless delivery means we will place your items on your doorstep, ring your doorbell/buzzer and then move an appropriate distance away. Please do not leave your flowers outside any longer than necessary.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Unfortunately, we can't cancel your subscription once processed, however we would be happy to reroute your delivery to another person/address with 48 hours notice.

Contactless pickup of online orders is available from our downtown Edmonton studio:

Regular Pickup Hours: Fridays 11am - 2pm
If you have a special pickup request, please let us know in the Order Notes and the CC Shop team will contact you to confirm availability.
SPECIAL LOCAL DELIVERY RATES
Local deliveries are typically scheduled for Fridays. We are currently offering discounted local delivery at the following rates:
Edmonton - $10
Sherwood Park, St. Albert & Leduc - $14
Stony Plain & Spruce Grove - $18

If you have a special request for pickup or delivery for a different day/time, please contact us at shop@corychristopher.ca and we'll do our best to accommodate. Please note that we are rarely able to provide delivery/pickup on Sunday or Monday.
CANADA-WIDE SHIPPING - Now Available For Select Items
We now offer $15 flat rate shipping for select items via Canada Post. More information about our shipping policies can be found HERE. Only certain products are eligible to be shipped, please refer to the main product description for applicable delivery options.
Orders of $150+ may qualify for complimentary shipping!
