Covid-19 Update (April 2022)
The Cory Christopher team is so excited to re-engage with our friends and clients as the situation continues to improve in Alberta and beyond.
At present, we are monitoring recommended protocols and are doing our best to navigate all developments to protect our guests, staff and loved ones who remain at high risk. Whenever possible, we encourage our individual team members to determine the degree of contact and interaction that both they, and you the client, are comfortable with on a case by case basis.

Contactless pickup from our downtown studio is available for online/advance orders only.

Pickup days may vary for certain items and will be clearly stated in the product description if applicable. Please review your order confirmation for pick up times, as availability may change.

2. Your order will be brought out and placed beside the door.
3. Collect your items and enjoy!

Curbside pickup from Birchwood Meadows is available for online/advance orders of certain products only. Availability will be clearly stated in the product description.

For Curbside Pickup from Birchwood Meadows:
1. Upon arrival, please STOP at the driveway turn off by the road.
2. Remain in your vehicle and call (780) 913-1431
3. A Birchwood team member will provide you with instructions on how to proceed to the pickup area.
4. You will be asked to park in a designated stall and wait in your vehicle.
5. Please wait until your items have been placed in the pickup area and our team member has left, before collecting your items.
6. Your items will be clearly labelled or on a tray with your name. Please only take items you are certain are yours.

Our current setup does not allow us to place items directly in your vehicle. If you anticipate needing assistance with loading your purchase, please contact us in advance.
For most Birchwood Meadows products, it is possible to pre-arrange pickup from the Cory Christopher Studio in Edmonton on Fridays from 11am-2pm. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire.
LOCAL DELIVERY RATES
Local delivery and curbside pickup are usually available on Fridays unless specified in the product listing.
If you have a special request for pickup or delivery for a different day/time, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Unfortunately, we are rarely able to provide delivery/pickup on Sundays or Mondays at this time.
Standard Local Delivery Rates currently in effect:

Sherwood Park & St. Albert – $20
Stony Plain & Spruce Grove, Leduc – $35

Please note that current shipping times remain unpredictable and while we will do our best, we cannot guarantee Standard delivery dates. Express shipping may be available in some cases. Thank you for your understanding.
Only certain products are eligible to be shipped. Please refer to the main product description for delivery options.
Many of our products are only available for pick up and local delivery, including: fresh flowers, living plants, fragile and oversized items. If your order contains items that we are unable to ship to your specified location, the CC SHOP team will contact you to revise your order.
SHIPPING STANDARDS (See Covid-19 Advisory Below)
Most orders will ship within 5 business days of receipt, unless specified in the product description or during checkout. Once your order leaves our studio, you will typically receive your package within 7-10 business days.
Delays in shipping may occur within our warehouse or with the carrier, due to holidays, promotional events, or unforseen events. The CC SHOP team will do our best to update you if we anticipate your order will be subject to unusual delays.
FedEx and Canada Post have temporarily suspended their money-back guarantee for late deliveries until further notice. As such, delivery standards should be considered estimates only, and the CC SHOP team is unable to guarantee delivery dates.
Express shipping is available on most shippable products. Please contact the CC SHOP team at firstname.lastname@example.org before submitting your order to confirm we are able to accommodate your request. Additional fees will apply.
ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Refunds will be issued at our discretion on most regular-priced merchandise within 14 days of order receipt, provided the item can be returned to us in its original, unused condition and is suitable for resale.
Returns and refunds will not be accepted more than 14 days after your package is shown as Delivered by the shipping provider.
Original shipping charges and applicable postage on return packages are excluded from your refund amount, unless the item is deemed damaged or defective.
All perishable items, including flowers, plants, planters, greenery and food are final sale.
Clearance and end-of-season discounted items are not eligible for exchange or refund. Please see product listings for details.
Damaged or defective MERCHANDISE
In the event a product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace the item (subject to availability) or refund your purchase price and shipping costs, including return shipping to us.
How Do I Return an Item?
To request a return, exchange or refund, please send an email to the CC SHOP team at email@example.com with the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- Order #
- Date item was received.
- Whether you would like to return or exchange the item.
- Brief description of reason for request, if applicable.
- If applicable, please provide 1-2 photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us improve our shipping procedures and expedite your request.
Please do not attempt to return an item to us without receiving confirmation from the CC SHOP team, or we may not be able to process your return.
Due to the seasonal nature of our products and offers, we do not currently provide price adjustments.
